I have taught courses for BA, MA, and doctoral students in German and English on various topics, including environmental history, climate history, disaster history, the Little Ice Age, media history, and gender history. These courses ranged in temporal scope from medieval history and early modern history to the present day. Regarding geographic scope, the courses focused on Germany, Europe, and North America.

Additionally, I have several years of experience teaching German as a foreign language to children (from age 5) and adults from many different language backgrounds and countries (including Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Ireland, South Africa, Syria, the United Kingdom, and the United States). I have taught German face-to-face and virtually via Skype and Zoom (2015-2021).
